Water dispenser no problems m# B36BT81SNS/04. Observations - Found frozen fill tube not allowing water to fill the Icemaker for it to make ice. Proposed Work - Manually De-Iced Icemaker Fill Tube. ------------------- Resolution - Turn off the refrigerator and remove freezer basket, containers and door. Removed icemaker and manually defrost frozen fill tube. Reinstall all parts and turn the refrigerator and Icemaker on. Tested compressors, evaporator and condenser fan motors all running okay. Recommendations - Allow twenty four to forty eight hours for the Icemaker to properly work and make Ice. If it doesn’t work then we will need to order and replace Icemaker and water valve solenoid. Declined -Estimate to replace Icemaker and Water Valve Solenoid if needed is $1,290.25

Service Request - Thermador - Microwave - Repair/Service - looked at and light went out need to be replaced Observations - Wave guide is damaged - Light bulb is out Proposed Work - Replace wave guide cover - Light bulb is not readily available (on back order) ------------------- Resolution - For the dishwasher, I pulled the unit and replaced the circulating pump assembly to address the E1 error code and poor cleaning performance. I ran a full test cycle and confirmed proper operation with improved wash performance. For the microwave, I replaced the damaged wave guide cover. Service Request - Amana - Range Repair/Service - doesn’t heat, Amana ACF3355A Observations - Voltage present at the igniter, but not heat Proposed Work - Replace igniter, perform amp draw and heat test ------------------- Resolution - Inspected the Amana range (Model ACF3355A) for a no-heat condition. Verified voltage is present at the igniter; however, the igniter was not drawing sufficient current to open the gas valve. Replaced the igniter, performed an amp draw test, and confirmed proper ignition and heating. Ran a heat test and verified normal operation. Recommendations - Monitor burner performance and allow the igniter to glow fully before expecting ignition. If delayed ignition occurs in the future, service may be required. Declined - None
