Recommendations - Replacement of the dishwasher is recommended, as repair is not cost effective due to the age of the unit and the cost of the required components. Service Request - Whirlpool - Dryer-Repair/Service - will not start, tried to drain and reset , will not turn on Observations - No power to unit - GFCI tripped Proposed Work - Reset outlet and run test cycle ------------------- Resolution - Inspected the Whirlpool dryer for a no-power condition. Found the unit was not receiving power due to a tripped GFCI outlet. Reset the outlet and restored power to the dryer. Ran a test cycle and verified the unit is powering on and operating normally. Recommendations - If the GFCI continues to trip, further electrical inspection may be required to identify potential grounding or load issues. Avoid using the dryer on circuits shared with high-load appliances. Declined - None

Service Request - 1. Viking Dishwasher-Repair/Service -error code E01 keeps running on its on 2. LG Refrigerator -the door is freezing Observations - Dishwasher is displaying an E01 error code. Code indicates that the float switch has detected water so there is a leak somewhere. Removed lower panel and confirmed water on the base but could not find where the leak was coming from. Refrigerator temperature was set to 45 and freezer was at -8, seems to be cooling fine besides that. Proposed Work - Replace dishwasher and adjust the refrigerator temperatures. ------------------- Resolution - Dishwasher is 10+ years old. Repair is not worth it. I installed an air filter in the refrigerator. I set the refrigerator temperature to 37 and freezer to 0. Recommendations - Declined -
